Parts of north and northwest Arvada sit near Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport’s controlled airspace. Those flights are authorized with the FAA before we arrive.
West Arvada sits right against the foothills, where afternoon wind can pick up fast. We schedule flights for the calmest window so the data comes back clean.
